Plainsman Motel

The staff are very kind! Laundry facilities are handy and it's in an ideal location to everything you could possibly need like fuel,take away and pubs for meals! Literally all within walking distance from the motel. The lake is right behind you and is wonderful if you need to walk your dog! It's dog friendly and accepting of all sizes but make sure you ring up about a dog friendly room first!

Value for money was great. Slept a family of 4 for under $200/night - fantastic. Right across the road from the club for great meals. Staff were always friendly, efficient and helpful. Netflix capable large TV Excellent heater/air con unit

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and being located next to Club Forbes added to the overall experience with its fantastic entertainment and dining options. The hotel's location near the city and lake made it easy to explore the area. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very clean. Good TV. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very comfortable bed and crisp sheets. Coffee, microwave etc. Quiet even though fully booked. Easy check in and key drop check out. Great location for our needs. Staff friendly. Really liked Forbes.

Easy parking right outside. Warm comfortable room, clean and neat with lots of extras such as cutlery and crockery. Great bed and quiet comfortable night’s sleep. Toiletries were complimentary. Very pleasant welcome when we arrived.
