location was excellent and staff were friendly. it may not be the newest place in town but there is an old fashion warmth about this place. daily service with replenishment of towels down to biscuits. free use of the washing machine with complementary soap powder and the outdoor clothes line for drying. walk into town and around the Forbes beautiful lake. Forbes is rich in history and has many historic buildings.

The staff are very kind! Laundry facilities are handy and it's in an ideal location to everything you could possibly need like fuel,take away and pubs for meals! Literally all within walking distance from the motel. The lake is right behind you and is wonderful if you need to walk your dog! It's dog friendly and accepting of all sizes but make sure you ring up about a dog friendly room first!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and being located next to Club Forbes added to the overall experience with its fantastic entertainment and dining options. The hotel's location near the city and lake made it easy to explore the area. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Table and bbq by the pool, location, easy to find and head to parts of Forbes. Loved that I was handed a milk first things and everything we could need was there in the room. It was also very sound proof, aatge group of party goers were so staying there and we didn't hear them once!!

We were staying for the Parkes Elvis festival and this location was great not being too far a drive away less than 30mins. The 2bdr apartment was perfect for our family and to have extra space for our gear and food in the kitchen area. The full size fridge was fantastic!
